40 new marine robots in EurOcean's Research Infrastructures Database
Europe's largest catalogue on marine RI keeps growing now due to a collaboration with EUMarineRobots.

EurOcean has been creating online databases about marine research infrastructures since day one. This was actually one of the main goals that lead to the creation of EurOcean back in 2002. Our RID aggregates several previous category-specific databases and currently provides access to 1051 European marine research infrastructure of all sorts. We have now updated the RID with 40 new robots, in a collaboration with EUMarineRobots. Have a look!

EUMarineRobots (EUMR) is an H2020 project that proposes an access-infrastructure for the deployment of a full-range of aerial, surface and sub-surface marine robotic assets. EUMR will open transnational access to significant marine robotics R&D assets across Europe. The main objective of the 15-partner project is to open up key national and regional marine robotics research infrastructures to all European researchers, from both academia and industry, ensuring their optimal use and joint development to establish a world-class marine robotics integrated infrastructure.
