The 2nd INTAROS Newsletter is waiting for you!
Relive the 2018 INTAROS sampling season and much more.

INTAROS is a H2020-funded project aiming at the development of an integrated Pan-Arctic Observation System by extending, improving and unifying existing and evolving systems in the different regions of the Arctic.

The project is supporting the implementation of the EU's Arctic Policy. The first ever Arctic science ministerial was held in 2016 and concluded in a Joint statement on increased international collaboration on Arctic science, signed by 25 nations and the European Union.

EurOcean and its Members Institute of Marine Research (Norway), Institute of Oceanology of the Polish Academy of Sciences (Poland), and Institut Français de Recherche pour l'Exploitation de la Mer (France) are part of the project's consortium.

INTAROS has just issued its second newsletter which focuses on the 2018 sampling season carried out in the Arctic region within the project's framework.

But there is more! The publication also allows you to find out what else went on in INTAROS in 2018, and in case you are you an Arctic researcher you can share your opinion on the status of the Arctic observation system.
