The exchange of personnel is a key instrument to promote networking and scientific and technological interactions between the ESONET partners. It should contribute to achieving the objectives of the ESONET Work Packages (WPs), and help disseminate the knowhow between ESONET-funded Demonstration Missions. In agreement with the objectives of a Network of Excellence, carrying out specific research projects should not be the main activity of the exchanged personnel during his/her stay in the host institution.
